Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •Interim Secret is required to start •2+ years maintenance experience •2+ years facilities experience •2+ years experience with general maintenance experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant •and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, or associated work on plant facilities. •May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. •May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary. •May assist with preventative/corrective maintenance. •Building repairs, painting, carpentry, handyman position. Basic facilities maintenance, trash pick-up, wide range of duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION: •Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS: •Full-Time •4/10 work schedule •1st Shift
