Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance (active clearance preferred).

Summary:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot flight simulation equipment (computers, monitors, audio/visual systems, crew stations, rack equipment).

Conduct and document tests on products, systems, and components; analyze data and report results.

Design, fabricate, assemble, and modify test systems, hardware, and methodologies.

Support system integration, setup, checkout, and tear-down activities.

Coordinate test requirements and lab activities; maintain and repair lab equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve electronic, mechanical, and lab-related issues.

Provide coaching and training as needed.

Work under general direction.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance (active clearance preferred).

Associate s degree + 3 years, Bachelor s + 1 year, or 5+ years equivalent experience.

3+ years in fabrication/assembly of mechanical or electrical systems (per industry standards).

3+ years in an engineering lab environment or comparable military experience.

3+ years reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

3+ years working with flight simulation equipment.

3+ years maintaining computer hardware.

Experience with Mil-Spec connector termination.

Experience with Mil-Spec fiber optic termination/splicing.

Active U.S. Secret Clearance.
