Schedule: Monday–Friday; 1st Shift (6 AM–2:30 PM)
Starting Pay Rate: $39.73 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Employee Development Specialist to support our partner, a global leader in aerospace. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping workforce development, delivering impactful training, and coaching employees to enhance individual and team performance. Your expertise will directly strengthen the skills and safety of the workforce building the future of flight.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct learning needs analyses and establish measurable learning objectives.

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across aerospace skill areas (Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.).

• Facilitate learning events using a variety of methods, ensuring content is effective, compliant, and impactful.

• Coach employees one-on-one and in groups to improve technical and performance outcomes.

• Perform individual and group assessments and recommend process improvements.

• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify additional instructors.

• Ensure compliance with commercial, government, and regulatory training standards.

• Promote and emphasize safety practices throughout all training.

• Maintain a positive, productive, and professional learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.

• Experience in coaching, instructing, or employee development.

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development or technical training programs.

• Ability to interpret and work with detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certifications.

• Hands-on aerospace mechanic experience (structural, electrical, systems, repair, functional test, etc.).

• Expertise in one or more areas such as Electrician, Structures, Wing/Spar Assembly, or Job Analysis.

• Strong facilitation skills and experience with multiple instructional delivery methods.
