Summary:

Apply interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle-balanced systems of systems and solutions.

Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure interface compatibility.

Perform analyses to optimize system and system-of-systems architecture, considering affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, and product assurance.

Develop and monitor requirements management processes, tools, risk/issues/opportunity management, and technology readiness assessments.

Resolve cross-functional technical issues and ensure system integration.

Collaborate with R&M, design, and safety teams on system fault trees.

Conduct technical analyses to support system architecture decisions.

Ensure cross-functional integration and alignment of system requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor s (5+ years), Master s (3+ years), or PhD in engineering with relevant experience

Proficient with CAFTA

Experience with commercial airplane certification

Strong engineering knowledge of airplane systems

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
