Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 4/10 2nd Shift | Mon Thurs, 3:30 PM 2:00 AM (OT available on weekends)

Summary:
Perform visual inspection of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
Use drawings, checklists, work instructions, and measuring devices (e.g., dial indicators, micrometers, scales) to verify assemblies meet manufacturing and industry standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of inspection experience on solder connections (surface mount & plated thru-hole components) and PWB coating to IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
Prior IPC-610 and J-STD experience (must be detailed on resume).
Detail-oriented; able to interpret drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, and revision-controlled documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team player.
Proficient with personal computers.
Professional, diplomatic when addressing quality defects with manufacturing teams.
Must pass a medical exam.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
