Summary:

Our client is seeking 3 Electrical Specialists and 1 Mechanical Specialist to support assembly, wiring, and mechanical tasks. These roles involve machine setup, wiring, electrical checks, assembling and repairing wire harnesses/avionics products, and preparing test articles, fixtures, and devices. Candidates should have a basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical methods, be comfortable working with tools, and eager to learn. Training will be provided (3 4 weeks depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

Perform machine setup, machining, wiring, and electrical checks.

Assemble, repair, modify, and install wire harnesses and avionics products.

Prepare test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for testing.

Perform basic mechanical/electrical preparation and verification tasks.

Work with tools such as drills, torque wrenches, adhesives, and power screwdrivers.

Electrical Specialists (3): Wire harness stripping, repinning, hardware installation, shielded wire handling, torque wrenches, power screwdrivers.

Mechanical Specialist (1): Drilling, bracket installation, hardware assembly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

1+ year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Technical aptitude with tools, machines, wires, adhesives.

Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical methods (no extensive experience required).

Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.

Electrical roles require eye exam.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Physical Requirements:

Must wear safety glasses; masks may be required depending on work area.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Qualify for fall protection harness (weight limit: 350 lbs).

Crane certification available post-start if desired (not required for hire).
