Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Starting Pay Rate: $55.50 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a talented Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will be at the center of complex aerospace programs—ensuring that schedules, resources, and performance targets align to deliver world-class results. Your ability to coordinate, analyze, and lead projects will directly impact program efficiency, risk management, and overall success.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Management Specialist, you will:

• Independently develop, integrate, and maintain program/project plans and schedules in alignment with industry standards.

• Perform studies, risk assessments, variance analysis, and process improvement evaluations.

• Create and update project schedules, reports, metrics, and change activities throughout the program lifecycle.

• Implement project management best practices to improve processes and decision-making systems.

• Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception to completion.

• Act as the primary project contact for stakeholders—establishing requirements and objectives.

• Assist in developing recovery plans and ensuring control systems are in place for ongoing project support.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of professional project management experience.

Preferred:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Aerospace or engineering program management experience.
