Schedule: Monday – Friday, Variable Shifts (must be able to work any shift based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $32.26 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Acceptance Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products meet rigorous design and quality requirements. Your expertise will directly impact aircraft safety, performance, and customer confidence.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying product conformance to design requirements and providing objective evidence of results.

• Performing auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities to uphold quality standards.

• Identifying and documenting discrepancies, segregating, and controlling non-conforming items.

• Conducting preliminary reviews and dispositions of non-conformance.

• Partnering with customers to review products during verification processes.

• Initiating corrective action requests for repetitive or significant non-conformances.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift.

• 2+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another regulated industry.

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• 1+ years of experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Hands-on experience with hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gages, and thread gages.

• Experience navigating CMES.

• Experience working with REDARS and IVT systems.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required; vocational school or Associate degree is a plus.

• Typically requires 1+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
