Test Technician
Support Safety and Compliance Excellence - Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Technician
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an EHS Technician to join our team. This role focuses on supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital integration, documentation, and compliance.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining safety standards, managing records, and promoting a culture of environmental stewardship.
What You’ll Do
As an EHS Technician, you will:
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and suggest preventative measures.
- Participate in EHS training sessions to ensure staff compliance with best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Manage ordering and inventory of medical, safety, and emergency response equipment.
- Assist in assembling and delivering ergonomic equipment to employees.
- Support EHS Lead in implementing corrective actions and policy changes.
- Perform additional tasks such as installing signs and light facilities work.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an EHS role.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision.
- Strong communication skills.
- 3 years of EHS experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills in database maintenance and digital task execution.

Pay Details: $22.36 to $32.44 per hour
