3 Electrical-Focused Specialists
1 Mechanical Specialist
Whether you're experienced or just starting your journey in aerospace fabrication, we’ll train you for success. You’ll gain experience working with advanced tools and cutting-edge avionics systems—becoming an integral part of a mission that truly takes off.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Electrical Assembly (Electrical roles):
Strip wires, repin components, install shielded wires and harnesses
Use torque wrenches, power screwdrivers, and other precision tools
Mechanical Fabrication (Mechanical role):
Drill through hardware, install brackets, and assemble structures
Operate tools like drill guns, wrenches, and adhesive applicators
Set up machines, perform electrical checks, and assist with test article preparation
Assemble, repair, and install avionics products and wire harnesses
Perform basic verification tasks and maintain safety standards
Participate in 3–4 weeks of on-the-job training to become fabrication-ready
What You Bring
Required:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic mechanical and/or electrical understanding
Eye exam required for electrical-focused roles
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Technically savvy and eager to learn
Physically able to lift up to 15 lbs and wear safety gear (harness, glasses, etc.)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Previous experience with:
Electrical: Wiring, harness assembly, repinning, shielded wires
Mechanical: Drilling, bracket installation, general fabrication
Willingness to earn crane certification post-start
