Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
5+ years of hands-on NDE/NDT experience in a regulated industry (aerospace, defense, or energy)
Proficiency in various NDE techniques such as ultrasonic testing, radiography, penetrant inspection, and eddy current testing
Solid understanding of materials science, fracture mechanics, and stress analysis
Project management experience and ability to juggle multiple projects across locations
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
