Employee Data Management Specialist
Location: Hazelwood, MO
Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $37.17 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Employee Data Management Specialist to join our team in partnership with a leading aerospace company. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining HR system accuracy, driving process improvements, and ensuring data integrity that supports the success of employees across the organization.
Coordinate and process high-volume HR transactions following established policies and procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise to business partners on HR systems and processes.
Lead and support small-scale projects to resolve HR system and process issues.
Evaluate complex HR access requests and ensure compliance with security requirements.
Assist with internal and external HR audits by performing detailed fact-finding.
Create, maintain, and update electronic HR forms for non–self-service transactions.
Perform data analysis and system testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of HRMS applications.
Develop and run HRMS queries to identify, audit, and correct transaction errors.
Assign and monitor ticket workloads (KANA system) within the HR work group.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on Workday experience.
Strong skills in Excel and HR system reporting.
Experience managing HR data with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder) experience in Workday.
Familiarity with Workday Security and Worklife applications.
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of advanced education and professional experience (e.g., Master’s + 4 years, or 10 years of related work).
