JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Planner

Summary:

Responsible for maintaining synchronization of the supply chain across multiple organizations, customers, and suppliers.

Managing inventory systems, forecasting through simulation and modeling, ordering from procurement contracts, and overseeing spares delivery scheduling.

Monitors customer inventory demand and material assets (on hand or in transit) to optimize supply chain planning.

Incorporating planning decisions from external customers and suppliers to minimize variability and achieve optimal solutions.

Negotiating lead times with suppliers and managing schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinating with customer support, contracts, purchasing, engineering, quality, traffic, and warehousing teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree with 3 5 years of related experience, or MBA with 1 3 years of experience.

Experience in logistics, material handling, expediting, inventory management, cycle counting, and working with SAP/ERP systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to work 1st shift (primary). Flexibility required for occasional 2nd shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM).

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
