JOB TITLE: Electronics Test Technician - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $22-24/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Interim Secret Clearance required (clearance process begins at offer stage).

Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Day Shift, Full-Time)

Summary:

Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

Follow process/work instructions and test plans to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Use measuring instruments and test equipment to meet requirements.

Accurately record data in test databases and generate reports.

Troubleshoot and retest electronic assemblies as needed.

Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams on process improvements.

Requirements:

Interim Secret Clearance required (clearance process begins at offer stage).

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills for timekeeping, digital work instructions, and reporting.

Knowledge of ESD procedures and electronic test equipment preferred.

Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics is a plus.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
