JOB TITLE: IT Helpdesk Analyst
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $23-25/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

    Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

    Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; no on-call rotations, weekends off

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

    Serve as first point of contact for users via phone, email, and ticketing.

    Provide Tier I technical support for software, hardware, and network issues by diagnosing problems and guiding users step-by-step.

    Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.

    Assist with deployment and setup of PCs, laptops, docking stations, and peripherals.

    Support software installations and troubleshooting.

    Install applications using Intune.

    Manage and maintain company IT assets, including workstations, printers, and copiers.

    Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for all support requests.

    Maintain organized storage areas and clean equipment layout.

    Follow safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

    Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

    1 2 years of IT experience in a similar role using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira).

    Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation v4 (or equivalent experience).

    Strong experience with:

      Windows server environments (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Azure).

      Cloud applications and Office 365 support.

      Endpoint security solutions.

      Intune and end-user administration.

      Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

    Proficient in communicating with technical and non-technical users.

    Valid driver s license required; ability to travel and work overtime as needed.

    US Citizenship required (facility requires special access).
