Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (6 Months)
Location: Lenexa, KS 66219
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM, 4x10s; may shift to 5x8s)
Pay Rate: $22.93 per hour

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a detail-oriented Cycle Counter who takes pride in accuracy and reliability. Your work will directly support production by ensuring precise inventory counts and smooth material flow, keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Cycle Counter, you’ll:

• Verify item quantities and conditions to maintain inventory integrity.

• Perform cycle counts and update inventory through barcodes and computerized systems.

• Process stock transactions accurately within the inventory management system.

• Assist with kitting and order pulling as needed.

• Support inventory control initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education).

• 2–3 years of direct cycle counting experience.

• Basic math skills and ability to read/comprehend simple instructions.

• Knowledge of computers and basic data entry.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and consistent attendance.

Preferred:

• Experience with kitting/picking in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with aerospace or high-volume production settings.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
