PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Senior Procurement Agent to play a key role in supply chain operations supporting a next-generation executive transport aircraft program. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in procurement, contracts, and supplier management to a highly visible project that is shaping the future of aerospace innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.

• Lead negotiations of pricing, terms, and conditions to develop binding agreements.

• Interpret, enforce, and administer contract terms and conditions.

• Consult with internal and external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

• Lead supplier performance teams to identify and implement strategic solutions.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supplier contract strategies.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement.

• Hands-on cradle-to-grave procurement experience in U.S. government contracting.

• Direct knowledge and application of FAR/DFAR regulations.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supplier management, or procurement.

• 5+ years interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions.

• Experience with multiple contract types (Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, etc.).

• Background working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts.

• Training or experience with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).

Other Details:

• 100% onsite role (no remote option).

• Travel up to 5% may be required.
