Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $33 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our partner, a leader in the aerospace industry. In this critical role, you will help ensure the highest levels of product quality and compliance by inspecting precision assemblies, parts, and components that support complex aerospace systems. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will directly contribute to safe, reliable, and cutting-edge aerospace products.

What You’ll Do

As an Inspector, you will:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on in-process and completed products, including precision electromechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and structural components.

• Use a variety of measurement tools (micrometers, scales, dial indicators, etc.) to verify accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Review blueprints, diagrams, and quality control documents to perform inspections per established requirements.

• Document and report non-conforming materials, parts, or assemblies and support corrective action processes.

• Inspect vendor, subcontractor, or in-house parts to ensure adherence to customer and industry standards.

• Conduct line clearances to confirm compliance before each production run.

• Support continuous improvement by cross-training and assisting in assembly and related functions.

• Maintain accurate quality records to support audits and compliance.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with aviation manufacturing practices and inspection processes.

• Proficiency using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings/redrawings.

• Ability to perform 100% visual and dimensional inspections, including FAI (First Article Inspection).

• Experience in assembly and inspection within aerospace or precision manufacturing.

• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting inspections on HAAS machine-produced components.

• Cross-functional experience in both assembly and inspection roles.
