Summary:

Supports development and implementation of systems engineering processes and tools for current and future programs, providing a technical foundation for digital sustainment and decision support.

Focuses on operations and support across the product lifecycle, including model-based sustainment simulations for customer trade studies.

Employs agile methodologies and engages frequently with cross-functional teams.

Develop, document, and verify customer requirements and stakeholder scenarios

Assess operational availability, mission effectiveness, and lifecycle costs to create trade study requests

Support selection, configuration, and implementation of analysis models aligned with stakeholder requirements

Evaluate sustainment strategies to improve fleet performance, integrating supply chain, logistics, mission operations, and cost models

Present trade-study analysis results to customers using analysis dashboards in the Virtual Sustainment Center (VSC)

Modify simulation models and trade study definitions to address diverse scenarios

Support model optimization, release testing, and capability enhancements

Develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans

Document team plans, develop agendas, and prepare presentations

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science

Experience in operations and logistics modeling

Simulation analysis experience (discrete event simulations and trade study models)

1+ years in systems engineering (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture/trade design)

1+ years experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Agile development experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Logistics support and modeling/simulation analysis (AFSIM, supply chain)

Software development, integration/test, data science, and simulation animation
