Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Manufacture PRE (Protective Removable Equipment), stencils, premask, and 3D-printed parts for multiple sites/programs

Create part files using CAD software and optimize manufacturing processes

Operate equipment/software: iCut Production Console, Summa GoProduce/Axis Control/Flex, CorelDraw, Redars, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Ultimaker Cura

Inspect and ensure quality of PRE, premask, stencils, and Mylars

Package parts for shipment and coordinate production for efficiency

Produce aircraft registration numbers (latex printers) and fuselage identifiers for South Carolina

Manage materials inventory for JIT ordering and properly identify materials for specific jobs

Perform team lifts up to 45 lbs to load machines

Communicate with customers, team members, and project managers

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher

Must have relevant work experience

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with paint premask, stencils, and PRE manufacturing

Experience with 3D printing of parts

Experience with Summa and Kongsberg plotters/drum cutters
