PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Learning Specialist to support technical, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and compliance training programs for a leading aerospace client. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape impactful learning experiences that align with evolving industry standards and technologies.
About the Role
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate, update, and enhance training content across technical and compliance domains. You’ll apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning materials and ensure alignment with Honeywell Aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities
Course Evaluation & Analysis
- Assess existing technical, HSE, and compliance courses for instructional quality.
- Partner with SMEs to revise outdated content and remove obsolete references.
- Update training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Design interactive learning activities that support defined objectives.
- Apply models such as ADDIE or SAM to develop impactful learning experiences.
- Align assessments with Aerospace-specific standards.
- Implement QA protocols to ensure training materials meet internal standards.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from learners and SMEs to improve course effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design and training program development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related discipline.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences.
- Familiarity with emerging instructional design technologies and trends.

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
