Pay Rate: $43.96/hr ($38.87/hr + $5.09 H&W)
PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our partner, a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll help streamline supply chain operations, support material order execution, and contribute to process improvements that ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will directly impact program performance and help strengthen relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
As part of the supply chain team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
Entering, tracking, and monitoring customer material and delivery requirements.
Coordinating customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Reviewing supplier and customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.
Processing documentation for repair items and warranty claims while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Developing solutions to moderately complex supply chain challenges using established procedures and best practices.
Maintaining accurate records and databases related to supply chain activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in supply chain or a related area (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to represent the organization on assigned projects and develop practical solutions to supply chain problems.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
