Shape Aerospace Innovation with Precision and Skill PDS Tech Commercial is seeking motivated Fabrication Specialists (Entry-Level and Associate) to join our composite fabrication team in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will perform hands-on work in composite lay-up, assembly, and machining—helping produce components that meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate composite fabrication machines and tools.
Perform composite lay-up, bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding.
Prepare tooling for fabrication processes.
Assemble composite parts to specifications using engineering drawings and work instructions.
Operate overhead cranes to move large components and materials.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in composite fabrication.
Proficiency in machine operation and tooling setup.
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Overhead crane operation experience.
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
