Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Technician for a contract opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •1-2 years experience testing cables to include HIPOT testing. •1-2 years of building cable experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •Performs a variety of duties in the cable build, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. •Sets up, troubleshoots, calibrates, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. •Tests and troubleshoots manufactured cables. •Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. •Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: •Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS: •Full-Time •4/10 work schedule •2nd Shift
