Manufacturing Technology Analyst – Drive Innovation in Aerospace Manufacturing

Full-Time | Consultant (12 Months) | Berkeley, MO | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Analyst to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of aerospace manufacturing by supporting the development of advanced production processes, tooling methods, and technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, safety, and quality of world-class aerospace products.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies.

• Participate as part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to integrate technical solutions.

• Contribute to conceptual designs and maintain program architecture for builds.

• Implement manufacturing plans and resolve technical issues to support production.

• Support new engineering principles, advanced technologies, and innovative concepts.

• Interface with suppliers, stakeholders, and professional associations to enhance processes.

• Integrate electrical and mechanical designs using NX software.

• Provide process and procedure training to team members.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, production, and process requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 1+ year working in a production environment or supporting production.

• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical design, and/or electrical design.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in a production environment or supporting production.

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical, and/or electrical design.

• Experience with integration of electrical designs into mechanical systems.
