Supply Chain Management Analyst – Optimize and Drive Efficiency in Aerospace

Full-Time | Consultant (6 Months) | San Antonio, TX |Starting Pay $25.98/hr | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OT/weekends minimal)

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to support production control for a leading aerospace organization in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you’ll work with a motivated team of experts to solve complex supply chain challenges, ensure on-time delivery, and drive efficiency across critical airplane programs.

What You’ll Do

• Align material supply with production schedules and delivery targets.

• Identify supply chain risks, such as material shortages, and develop contingency plans.

• Drive cost savings and efficiency initiatives through supplier negotiations and process optimization.

• Manage supply chain operations using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, GOLD) to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

• Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics to resolve issues proactively.

• Analyze material requirements and incorporate bills of material into production plans.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational goals.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.

• 1+ year of experience in supply chain or materials management.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment.

• 1+ year of experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• 1+ year of experience with GOLD.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including minimal weekends/holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.

• Supply chain education or specialized experience.

• 1+ year of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

• 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
