Schedule:  Monday to Friday; Shifts: 1st 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $27.46 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to join the Receiving and Inventory Team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you’ll support mission-critical warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Support Coordinator, you will:

• Receive incoming materials from vendors and manufacturing.

• Monitor and maintain inventory, including special stock requirements.

• Process material receipts and pull materials to support production, repairs, and contract end items.

• Satisfy material requests and perform cycle counts per compliance standards.

• Reconcile stock, process adjustments, and report physical inventory losses.

• Ensure compliance during internal and external audits.

• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED with 6 years of education and/or relevant experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics, or a similar role.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and obtain/maintain a forklift operating license.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, GOLDesp, or ISE/CADST.

• Knowledge of DD Form 1149 and DD Form 250.

• Prior experience supporting aerospace or defense inventory/logistics operations.
