POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation. This role will be responsible for tracking project progress, updating stakeholders, scheduling and coordinating Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, and clearly communicating upcoming goals and status throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure integration of SAP system across PS&C, Elkton, Palm beach, and Ronkonkoma • Manage project progress and deliverables to meet aggressive schedule • Implement risk management strategies and mitigation plans • Coordinate cross-functional teams and schedule Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) • Facilitate global communication and collaboration • Communicate project status and issues with stakeholders • Oversee data mapping, migration, and validation activities • Support user training and change management initiatives • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members • Act as liaison between technical and business teams • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Deep understanding of SAP systems, modules integration processes is essential. • PMP certification
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required. School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS: 9/80 workweek. 1st shift.
