We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join the team and contribute to the production of advanced aerospace systems through precision assembly and quality workmanship.
As an Assembler, you will perform a variety of production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical components critical to aerospace innovation. From modules and circuit boards to panels and cables, your work ensures products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. This role is essential to advancing technologies that push the boundaries of aerospace.
Assemble electronic and/or mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Work from diagrams, technical drawings, and layouts using hand and power tools.
Perform continuity checks on in-process and completed assemblies.
Conduct quality inspections in alignment with specifications.
Disassemble, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or experimental assemblies under simulated conditions.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
IPC J-STD-001 Certification.
1–3 years of experience in hand soldering or assembling electronic components.
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of soldering experience including inspection, repair, and rework.
Proficiency with various soldering tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Experience with MES software and Microsoft 365.
