Contract Administrator
Location: Windsor Locks, CT 06096 (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.19 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support contract management and customer accounts while ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional service to both commercial and military airline customers.
As a Contract Administrator, you will manage repair purchase orders from acknowledgement through invoicing, ensuring all contractual requirements are met. Your role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving on-time delivery, and supporting operational performance in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.
Manage repair purchase orders for commercial and military airline customers.
Handle order acknowledgement, quoting, shipment, and invoicing.
Monitor and manage contractual requirements including asset reporting, service levels, and turn time penalty avoidance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, and Field Service teams.
Provide customer liaison support, addressing issues related to assigned orders.
Participate in periodic Aircraft on Ground (A.O.G.) Response Team support, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Required:
Associate degree in business or related field.
3–5+ years of professional experience, ideally with aerospace customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer service experience with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience with administration of contractual terms.
Familiarity with CORE tools.
Bilingual skills.
