Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Ridley Park, PA
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (4 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Starting Pay : $30.63 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support critical operations in a receiving inspection laboratory—helping ensure only the highest-quality composite materials are integrated into advanced aerospace components.
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a key role in safeguarding quality standards for aerospace materials. Your work ensures that only compliant materials move forward in production, directly supporting safety, reliability, and innovation across cutting-edge aerospace programs.
Review supplier documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Log and track new incoming materials in the laboratory system.
Prepare and test composite material samples for acceptance or rejection.
Fabricate and evaluate composite test coupons to verify compliance with specifications.
Assist in the analysis of failed parts and processes, documenting findings for continuous improvement.
Support test development and revisions of technical requirements.
Participate in evaluating materials, suppliers, equipment, and processes to ensure conformance.
Maintain proper control of both compliant and non-compliant materials in line with quality systems.
Required:
Associate degree with at least 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related experience).
Knowledge of quality systems and material compliance processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under general supervision.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Prior laboratory experience.
Hands-on experience with composite materials.
Aerospace industry background.
