As a Structures Mechanic, you'll be on the frontlines of aircraft transformation and maintenance. Your day-to-day will include:
Installing accessories and aftermarket kits to enhance aircraft performance.
Performing structural repairs—both minor and major—on sheet metal and composite components.
Fabricating custom mounting solutions for avionics systems.
Interpreting and executing tasks based on technical drawings and manufacturer instructions.
Measuring, drilling, and modifying structures with exact precision and care.
Documenting work accurately for compliance and safety assurance.
Collaborating with a skilled team to meet quality and production deadlines.
Assisting with ground handling and line crew support as needed.
Maintaining a strong focus on safety and proper PPE usage at all times.
Performing tasks with minimal rework and a commitment to excellence.
Taking on other duties as assigned in a dynamic work environment.
Required:
Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in structural/mechanical aircraft work.
Strong understanding of aircraft materials, fabrication, and structural repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents accurately.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. solo and team lift up to 50 lbs.
Physically able to kneel, squat, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
FAA Airframe Certification.
Experience with composite repairs and advanced fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with avionics mounting and modifications.
