Summary:

Assist with installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring, electrical components, fixtures, and equipment per blueprints, worksheets, and engineering drawings

Complete tasks within allotted timeframes

Maintain required logs and records

Comply with FOD program, tool control program, 5S program, and all safety regulations

Maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

6 months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred

Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly or completion of a youth apprenticeship program preferred

General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Must know how to use a multimeter

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer and software skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
