MRB Engineers NEEDED - Wichita AND Tulsa locations. ONSITE ONLY

****Candidates MUST have ABET accredited BS/MS degree.****

*****The client anticipates all MRB engineers to be given MRB signature authority within 6 – 12 months being on assignment.****


Liaison MRB engineers:
• Past MRB experience on Boeing Commercial products highly preferred.
• Any who have held Boeing Signatory Delegation will be highly considered. Preferably in the last couple of years, but within the past 10 years still okay.
• If they have not had or held Boeing Signatory, we would still like to see resumes.
• Must be willing to relocate to Wichita Kansas or Tulsa Oklahoma. (Remote is not an option)

Preferred - Plusses
• Previously held MRB Signing Authority within the past 3 to 5 years.
• 3+ years with Boeing products or supply chain preferred.
• Structure/design engineer experience with Boeing commercial products.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out design analysis and creating design dispositions for detail part and assembly non-conformances, assessing different repair scenarios for fit, form and function
• Ability to identify the most efficient methods for analysis while ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements
• Able to liaise with multiple functions/suppliers (e.g., Design/Stress approvers) to ensure most appropriate design solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance and installation requirements
• Customer facing
• Ability to explain and escalate critical issues and an ability to mentor others
Qualifications:
• A minimum of an ABET Accredited BS in Aerospace Engineering (Mechanical, Design, Structural etc.)
• Experience working on Boeing products and structures preferred, either directly or within the Supply Chain, for a minimum of three years and ideally having held a level of delegated technical approval
• Understanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices and their effect on aircraft performance, preferably with both metallic and composite capabilities
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5 for interrogation and drawing/model modification
• Previous Design Organization Approval (DOA) would be advantageous for the role
• TIPQA or MES an advantage
