Location: Mobile Manufacturing in Mobile, AL
Hourly Rate of Pay: $35 - $40 per hour (possibly more depending on experience)

The Opportunity
PDS Tech Commercial is proud to partner with a global leader in the aviation industry to find a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract). Based at our Mobile, AL manufacturing facility (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote), you’ll be a strategic driver of recruitment efforts—connecting top talent with critical roles that keep the aviation world moving.

What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, from hourly to executive-level positions.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies including cold calling, talent pipelines, and networking.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Conduct pre-screens and provide qualified shortlists for hiring teams.
Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and workforce development initiatives.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and positive new hire journey.
Stay compliant with all applicable laws and internal policies (EEO, HIPAA, ERISA, etc.).
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, sourcing, and candidate management.
A two- or four-year degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field – or equivalent work experience.
Deep understanding of U.S. labor laws, recruiting principles, and staffing procedures.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Experience recruiting in manufacturing or aviation environments is a strong plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting workforce development programs or initiatives.
Solid grasp of regional labor markets and industry-specific recruiting techniques.
Strong command of productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
Experience in high-volume recruiting and pipeline development for specialized roles.
