MP&P Technical Analyst – Aerospace Quality Laboratory | Ridley Park, PA

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an MP&P Technical Analyst to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. Based in Ridley Park, PA, this role places you at the center of quality assurance for composite materials used in critical aerospace components. Your expertise will directly impact the safety, performance, and reliability of aircraft by ensuring that only materials meeting exact specifications move forward into production.

What You’ll Do

As an MP&P Technical Analyst, you will:

• Support the Quality Assurance Receiving Inspection Laboratory, reviewing supplier documentation and accepting/rejecting incoming composite materials.

• Log new materials, prepare samples for testing, and fabricate composite test coupons.

• Conduct material testing to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

• Manage quality systems to control compliant and non-compliant materials.

• Perform complex analyses of parts, materials, processes, and technologies to resolve issues and prevent future failures.

• Generate test plans, document results, and recommend corrective actions.

• Lead efforts to improve procedures, specifications, and testing methods.

• Provide technical expertise to suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach others, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree and 9+ years’ related work experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ related work experience, OR 11+ years’ equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and material compliance processes.

• Proven experience in materials testing and evaluation.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
