PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aviation industry to find a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who thrives on building strong candidate pipelines and connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the workforce of tomorrow by identifying and engaging high-caliber professionals across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design tailored sourcing strategies.

• Build, maintain, and nurture an ongoing pipeline of candidates using social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, ATS, and other innovative sourcing methods.

• Educate, excite, and sell candidates on the advantages and opportunities of joining our client’s team.

• Represent the company in professional organizations and workforce groups to strengthen outreach and visibility.

• Work independently to manage multiple pipelines and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing role.

• Demonstrated success using social media tools to build talent pipelines.

• Experience sourcing across professional, managerial, executive, and touch labor roles.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp organizational needs and position requirements.

• Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
