Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Training and Schedule: First week on 2nd shift; regular hours 7:18 AM 3:48 PM with pre-shift overtime from 5:18 AM; additional overtime expected.

Candidates living 100+ miles away eligible for $110 weekly per diem
Assemble and install precision structural and system components, perform sealing, rigging, inspections, and functional testing to ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
Obtain information from prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, and verbal/electronic sources.
Use shop math and precision measuring/test instruments to complete work and functional tests.
Utilize tooling for assembly of sub-assemblies or end items.
Verify work meets specifications and identify discrepancies per procedure.
Ensure equipment and tool certification compliance.
Perform routine minor machine maintenance (e.g., filters, lights, lubrication/coolant).
Move products within the work area using assigned equipment and complete necessary transactions.
Complete work within allotted schedules.
Support continuous product flow by training and assisting employees at all levels.
Assist in training other assembly personnel in installation and inspection techniques.
Cross-train in inspection and become SIA qualified.
