JOB TITLE: Conformal Coating Technician
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $25/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Read and interpret prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios.

Operate, maintain, and clean dispensing and coating machines.

Mask/tape boards, inspect assemblies, and perform manual touch-ups as needed.

Apply potting, bonding, coating compounds, lubricants, and spray coats.

Replenish chemicals, solvents, and process fluids; handle safe transfer/cleaning.

Transport boards, materials, and tools to support production flow.

Perform encapsulation of assemblies and general housekeeping for a safe work area.

Complete all required training and follow safety standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to read/write English.

Must pass a medical exam.

Strong attention to detail; detail-oriented mindset.

Basic computer skills.

Experience with paint process techniques.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with paints, paint shop, and paint systems.

Experience in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
