Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Interim Secret required to start; full Secret required to maintain employment
Shift: Day shift, Full-Time (Mon Thu) 4:00 PM 2:30 AM, with possible overtime

Summary:
Fabricate microelectronic components and sub-assemblies using manual and automatic wire/ribbon bonding machines
Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards
Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions
Handle components requiring visual magnification for extended periods
Operate hand tools (tweezers, cutters, rulers) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers)
Maintain accurate production data entry
Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and implement continuous improvement
Requirements:
Clearance: Interim Secret required to start; full Secret required to maintain employment
Experience with manual gold ball/ribbon bonding and automated bonding equipment
Basic computer skills for timekeeping, work instructions, and task tracking
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards
Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and desire to grow in the role
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
