Summary:

Seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for F-16 production line work, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of aircraft structures per engineering drawings, manuals, and FAA regulations.

Work involves precision drilling, countersinking, reaming, installing fasteners, and building fuselage components.

Candidates must have recent (within 2 years) hands-on precision drilling experience.

This is production work requiring physical ability to climb, kneel, and work on fuselage parts.

Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED

U.S. Citizen (per ITAR)

8+ years aviation production drilling/structures experience

6+ years aircraft assembly/sheet metal (fighters preferred; F-16 a plus)

4 6 years precision drilling (must be recent, within 2 years)

2 4 years sheet metal repair

4 6 years blueprint reading
