Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Full-Time, 12-Month Assignment
Pay Rate: $17.53 – $21.91 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to join our partner, a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that every customer order meets strict regulatory, procedural, and quality standards—directly contributing to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you’ll be a key member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for:
Performing complete part inspections on customer orders.
Determining FAA approval type and part application.
Completing required documentation, including 8130-3 and ATA 106 forms.
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders to meet customer requirements.
Routing work according to weight requirements and redirecting as needed.
Verifying compliance with customer flow-down requirements.
Entering order details into SAP and scanning material in/out of QA.
Reviewing and verifying certificates, reports, and supporting documentation.
Identifying and documenting non-conformances and segregating non-compliant items.
Assisting in product and process reviews with internal customers.
Supporting additional QA tasks as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years of SAP experience.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Consistent, reliable attendance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Quality Acceptance experience in aerospace, mechanical, technical, or warehouse environments.
Familiarity with FAA, CAA, or aerospace compliance requirements.
