Product Acceptance
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Full-Time (12-month assignment)
Pay Rate: $17.53 – $21.91 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to support our partner, a leading innovator in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll ensure that customer orders meet rigorous quality standards and compliance requirements, playing a critical part in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality aerospace products.
As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you’ll contribute to the Quality Assurance team with responsibilities that include:
Performing complete part inspections on customer orders.
Determining FAA approval types and part applications.
Preparing and completing 8130-3 and non-regulatory documentation (ATA 106).
Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of orders to drive customer satisfaction.
Routing work according to weight requirements and re-directing as necessary.
Verifying compliance with customer flow-down requirements.
Entering order details into SAP and scanning material in/out of QA.
Reviewing documentation, certificates, and reports for accuracy.
Identifying and documenting non-conformances, segregating non-compliant items.
Supporting product reviews and process verifications with internal customers.
Completing additional QA tasks as directed by leadership.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years of SAP experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Regular and predictable attendance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Experience in Quality Acceptance or a related field (mechanical, technical, warehouse, etc.).
Familiarity with FAA, CAA, or aerospace quality requirements.
