What You’ll Do 

As a Production Tech Operator you'll focus on CCA Inspection and Assembly while working on essential components used in aviation systems. You’ll contribute directly to the production of high-quality products through: 

• Manual and automated assembly of components 

• Hand soldering and operating automated soldering/test equipment 

• Inspection, repair, and quality control of products 

• Performing machine setups, preventative maintenance, and feeder repairs 

• Recognizing and resolving issues during the assembly process 

• Maintaining accurate documentation and using digital tools (Word, Excel, etc.) 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting newer employees when needed 

What You Bring 

Required: 

• 4–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience 

• Must have Inspection and CCA experience 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with additional post-secondary coursework 

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks 

• In-depth knowledge of board assembly and SMT processing 

• Understanding of soldering specifications and product quality standards 

• Ability to work under general supervision and make independent decisions 

Preferred: 

• Certifications in soldering or assembly (IPC or site-specific certs) 

• Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing 

• Experience working in aerospace or other regulated industries 

• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, documentation systems)
