Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (9x80 schedule)
Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven Aero Logistics Engineer to partner with a global leader in the Aviation Industry. In this role, you’ll support the development of military aircraft systems, ensuring they are cost-effective, reliable, and maintainable. Your work will directly impact the performance, readiness, and long-term sustainability of advanced aviation platforms.
Provide analysis and technical coordination to design and optimize military support systems for Bell aircraft.
Develop and maintain support resources, including:
Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis (FMECA)
Provisioning/Supply Support
Task/Maintenance Plan Analysis
Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB), manuals, and support documentation.
Support equipment, PHS&T, RPSTLs, and compliance with MIL-STD documents across aircraft platforms and programs.
Prepare and present technical data for program reviews.
Track and deliver performance aligned with cost and schedule objectives.
Working knowledge of logistics engineering principles within IPTs/organizations.
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and to high-quality standards.
Compliance with company processes, procedures, and government regulations.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred: Experience in military or aviation logistics.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
