PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Product Support Engineer in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will provide critical maintenance engineering support. As part of a collaborative engineering capability team, you will play a vital role in analyzing, influencing, and supporting systems that keep aerospace operations safe, reliable, and mission-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex engineering designs and changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements.

• Develop and validate maintenance procedures, repair instructions, and fault isolation techniques.

• Influence product designs to ensure maintainability and long-term supportability.

• Conduct engineering analyses and generate logistics documentation (ILSP, PSAP, MTA, LORA, SERD).

• Provide technical solutions and evaluate customer maintenance operations.

• Work closely with program management and engineering teams to meet contractual requirements.

• Lead and participate in working group meetings with confidence and professionalism.

• Collaborate across teams while balancing schedule, budget, and customer needs.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Experience reading and interpreting aircraft engineering drawings and process specifications.

• Familiarity with technical manuals, Technical Orders, and aircraft maintenance documentation.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a technical field.

• Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-HDBK-502A.

• Proficiency with LSA software (Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, Compass).

• Hands-on knowledge of military/commercial maintenance publications and systems.

• Experience in radar, avionics, hydraulics, power plant, or electrical/environmental systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.

• Prior experience with B-52 Bomber or AWACS aircraft.
