Lead High-Impact Supply Chain Projects – Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Principal Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Project Manager

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Principal ISC Project Manager to lead complex supply chain work transfer initiatives. This is a high-visibility role supporting strategic growth and operational excellence within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As a Principal ISC Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery, with a focus on supplier readiness, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers, and change management tools while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supply chain work transfer and supplier readiness projects.

• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and/or Smartsheet.

• Conduct risk analysis and maintain risk registers to proactively manage project risks.

• Maintain and utilize RAIL logs and decision logs to support change management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications
Required:

• 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

• Experience with SAP and supply chain work transfers (e.g., new product introductions into suppliers).

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• PMP Certification.

• Proficiency in Smartsheet.

• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

• Experience managing RAIL logs, decision logs, and risk registers.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
