PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Material Associate to play a vital role in ensuring materials and components are delivered, tracked, and managed with precision. In this role, your attention to detail and efficiency will directly support production teams and contribute to the success of high-quality aerospace manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against packing lists and purchase orders.

• Stage, store, and deliver raw materials, parts, and finished goods to designated warehouse or production areas.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company/OSHA standards.

• Pull and issue materials to production lines according to work orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Package, label, and prepare products for outbound shipment in line with instructions and documentation.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S/lean practices.

• Report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to supervisors.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and supply chain operations.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.

• 1+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or related field.

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.

• Knowledge of lean/5S practices in a warehouse environment.

• Previous aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
