PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Machine Operator  – CNC Mill Department to support aerospace production in Medley, FL. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the creation of high-precision aerospace components by operating advanced CNC machinery. Your expertise in machining, measurement, and print interpretation will help ensure products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.

• Apply knowledge of CNC programming, including G-code and conversational programming.

• Utilize multi-axis machining techniques for complex parts and advanced tool setups.

• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.

• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and maintain machining quality.

• Interpret engineering blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T principles to ensure accuracy.

• Work with CAD/CAM software to assist in toolpath creation and simulation.

• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis).

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code and conversational).

• Strong skills in reading blueprints and applying GD&T standards.

• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

• Ability to perform part inspections and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Skills:
