PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Coordinator to support our aerospace program in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly by managing tooling, materials, and supplies critical to production. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

• Process, verify, route, store, and deliver materials and supplies.

• Read and interpret work orders, requisitions, and shipping/receiving documents.

• Operate forklifts, tow motors, overhead cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment.

• Maintain accurate records in computer-based inventory management systems.

• Inspect, package, and prepare parts and tooling kits for storage or shipment.

• Conduct inventory, track materials, and resolve discrepancies.

• Comply with health, safety, and tool control requirements at all times.

• Support production scheduling by ensuring materials and hardware are available on time.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2–3 years’ experience in stockroom/crib procedures.

• 3+ years of experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.

• 1+ year of experience handling government property (acquisition, records, utilization, physical inventory).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to use warehouse equipment and support rotating shifts.

• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and wear protective gear.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with hazardous material handling.

• Ability to fabricate containers for shipments as required.
